TIPS FOR LIVING
1. Paradoxically, resting is the last issue you should do once you come home tired after a laborious day. Instead of sinking
into a chair, take a walk, go bowling, play table tennis, or do no matter amuses you and makes you progress around. You may be amazed at how quickly fatigue will vanish, leaving you refreshed in mind and body.
2. When you’re driving and have to stop for a red lightweight, tighten your seat muscles, then your abdominal muscles, and hold for the length of the sunshine—but do not forget to breathe.
3. When walking downstairs, tighten your seat on the primary flight, relax it on the second. Pamper your body with Aloe Bath Gelee to go away you feeling relaxed, clean, and refreshed! Then tighten your abdominal
muscles on the third flight, and thus on down the stairs.
4. At mealtime, sit as tall as you can between courses, and relax during the rest of the meal.

9. If you’re a housewife, get the 2 girls in the next block to come over for an exercise session every day.
